Template Software Announces Fourth Quarter 2009 Release of Innovative Light-Weight ETL Product.
Arlington, Virginia, July 20, 2009 – Template Software Inc. today announced the upcoming release of SNAP® IMDI, Integration Manager Data Integrator, a configurable rules-based data management application. IMDI is a server application I2M or deployed separately.
IMDI’s unique data mapping layer draws data from multiple sources and in a variety of formats, including relational databases, XML files or even MS-Excel files. IMDI transforms data using built-in functions, custom scripts or API calls and delivers it to a variety of target applications including SNAP I2M, third party applications, or even to formatted data files like XML.
“We found that many of our customers need a light-weight ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) application that has just the right features they most need for a fraction of the cost of other products currently on the market,” says Tim Branson, Director of Software Engineering. “We believe our configurable source and target mapping capability differentiates our product, making it straight-forward to deploy in a variety of environments.”
SNAP IMDI will be available in the fourth quarter of 2009.
